Noti joined the Campaign Legal Center as its senior director of trial litigation and chief of staff in April 2017 until October 2021, when he became the organization’s vice president and legal director, a position he still held as of May 2022. CLC opposes voter ID laws meant to protect elections from potential voter fraud and a Texas law requiring that voters provide proof of citizenship, and supports suffrage for released felons. He left the FEC to work at the Campaign Legal Center (CLC), an advocacy group aligned with left-of-center interests that supports the expansion and strict enforcement of campaign finance laws.
